Returns

If you are unsure of any fabric or notion prior to purchase, please order a Swatch or Sample, if available.

 

We have a 14-calendar-day return policy for any item(s) purchased, EXCLUDING BULK ITEMS, provided the item(s) is in NEW, UNWASHED, UNCUT, and UNUSED condition. Refunds are for the item price only and NOT shipping fees. Return shipping fees are the buyers responsibility. Bulk items are non-refundable since they are special ordered and come to you directly from the manufacturer.

 

Please contact us using our Contact Us page for a Return Authorization and we will give you the shipping address where to mail your return package prior to returning the item(s). A tracking number MUST be provided to us for the returned package. We are not responsible for the mail and therefore, will not provide refunds for packages not received.

 

Once the package is received and verified that the returned item(s) are in new, unwashed, uncut, and unusued condition, we will credit your same account through PayPal within 3 business days of package receipt.

Payments

We except all major credit cards through the use of PayPal. All payments are processed securely using PayPal. You are not requeired to have a PayPal account to check out. You can checkout through PayPal as a Guest and use Mastercard, VISA, American Express, or Discover as payment. Payment is due at time of PayPal checkout. If you choose, not to complete the PayPal checkout, your order will not be placed. We will not and do not keep any personal or credit card information through using this website.

Bulk Items

Bulk items and shipping fees are non-refundable since the roll of fabric is are special ordered and comes to you directly from the manufacturer. Bulk items may contain flaws, manufacturer permanent marker markings, and tape on fabric. Rolls may be under or over the stated yardage ordered. These issues are considered normal for full rolls of fabric by the manufacturer. Please take this into consideration before ordering and allow for only 95% of usable fabric. Then order enough quantity needed to compete your project.

No personal information will be collected through using this website. We do not use cookies or any tracking devices during your shopping experience. We do not share or sell any information to anyone. Information entered into PayPal checkout is subject to PayPal's privacy policy.
