How do I place an order?

Click "Add to Cart" button for the item you want to purchase. A new window will open displaying the items in your Cart. You can update the Quantities for that item in the Cart view. You can click "Continue Shopping" button if you wish to purchase additional items. When your are done shopping, click "View Cart" at the top of any page. Or if you are already in Cart view, review your items and quantities for accuracy, and enter your zipcode to calculate shipping fees. Click "Checkout with PayPal" to enter payment information. Customers can checkout through PayPal as a Guest and use a major credit card if they don't have a PayPal account.

 

How much is 1 Yard?

1 Yard is equivalent to 36 inches.

 

How much is a Diaper Cut?

A Diaper Cut is a 20 inch by 20 inch square.

 

Do I need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account. You can checkout through PayPal as a Guest and use a major credit card for payment.

 

How much is shipping?

Orders will ship through USPS at the most economical shipping rate possible. First Class mail or Priority Mail Flatrate will be used whenever possible when it is equal to or more economical then parcel post. Please see our Shipping page for details.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 1 business day in most cases, but not more than 3 business days. Please see our Shipping page for details.

 

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the U.S. states. In the near future, we expect to add Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii to our shipping locations. We currently don't ship internationally, but may offer it in the future. Please see our Shipping page for details.

 

Where are you located?

We are located in Southern California.

 

Do you charge Sales Tax?

We are required to charge CA sales tax to residents of California only.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we have a 14-calendar-day return policy for any item(s) purchased, EXCLUDING BULK ITEMS, provided the item(s) is in NEW, UNWASHED, UNCUT, and UNUSED condition. Refunds are for the item price only and NOT shipping fees. Return shipping fees are the buyers responsibility. Bulk items are non-refundable since they are special ordered and come to you directly from the manufacturer.

Why do some PUL colors cost more than others?

The manufacturer prices the PUL fabric according to the shade of fabric. There are 3 categories: pastel, medium, and dark shades. We, therefore, have to adjust our pricing based on shade as well. The lighter the color, the lower the cost; and the darker the color, the higher the cost.
